Ten years ago in the most expensive pocket of the city, Belinda and Sam bought their 100 year old fixer upper as the perfect place to raise their active boys. But this exclusive neighborhood and their oversized yard comes with a hefty price tag. So they built a rental in their backyard to for extra income, but it came in way over budget. Now they're scared to tackle the renovations inside their own house. Belinda wants to move but Sam isn't on board. Ready to get in the game are Designer Jillian and Realtor Todd. Jillian and her team hope to transform a century old home into a modern day living space, while Todd believes a fresh start is just what this family needs. In the end Belinda and Sam must decide: will they love their home again or will they list it?
