When Teresa and David found this 100-year-old fixer upper in a Spanish-speaking neighborhood, they knew they had found their new home. But like many old homes, it needed a top to bottom renovation. Fast forward six years and all the renovations they could afford are no longer enough for this now family of four. The main level and basement look great but the third floor feels more like a college dorm. Here to save the day are competitors Jillian and Todd. Jillian and her design team will try to create more space in this unfinished home with a brand new third floor design, while Realtor Todd believes he can solve all their issues with a new home.
