Love It or List It, Too - Season 1 - Eps 6: Hand-Me-Down House
Three years ago, Mike and Melinda moved into his childhood home. Even though it is in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the country, Mike just can't stand the thought of living in his parent's old house. Melinda has different plans though, and has renovated nearly half of the house in order to change Mike's mind. But there are still several areas of the house that need work, like the main floor bathroom, the master bathroom, and the kitchen. Tired of arguing over whether or not the house is right for them, Mike and Melinda call in professional help in the form of designer Jillian and realtor Todd. Jillian and her team will rejuvenate this old home with remarkable renovations. Todd, on the other hand, believes this young family should start fresh in a new house. In the end, Mike and Melinda will have to decide, will they love it or list it?
