They take a stroll down memory lane and enjoy a carriage ride for two and other sweet surprises! Meanwhile, since Tori’s due date is quickly approaching, the family meet up to discuss a tentative plan for who will be headed to Nashville for the delivery! And later, Whitney and Zach’s son is turning 4! In honor of the occasion, the family heads to a pumpkin patch for some cupcakes and fun, festive family time!

Synopsis
