When Brian breaks an expensive piece of equipment, Ashton begins to see cracks in his deck team. Meanwhile, Tanner gets stood up for a date with another crew member, and Kevin manages to insult Captain Lee two different ways in a single evening. Finally, Ashton tries to plant some seeds with Courtney but they fail to grow.
