When a kid-friendly senator receives a funding of approximately eleventy-billion dollars, he uses it to build an army of Safety-Bots, to make the world a safe place for children. However, the robots grow more and more extreme in their actions, eventually planning to eliminate adults, and cover the Earth in bubble wrap.
