He makes an offer to pay off what he owes on a payment plan, but even at two thousand pounds a month it would take him more than seven and a half years. Enforcement agent Lewis is after a payment of a debt for a classic car sold at auction, which the successful bidder wants to return after discovering the costs of repairing it.
